UPSC CSAT 2013
UPSC conducts CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) every year in order to select candidates for the Civil Services Mains Exams.
Eligibility Criteria :
a) Age limit of the candidates is minimum prescribed 21 years and must not have attained the upper age limit on 1st August of the year in which he/she attempts the exams.
The upper age limit varies for various categories.
General Category : 30 years
SC/ST Category: 35 years
Physically Handicapped: 40 years
b) Candidate must possess any degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Final year degree students who will obtain degree by August 1, 2013 are also eligible for CSAT 2013.
The degree can be of any class (Distinction, first, second etc)
c) Degree obtained by distance education/ open university is also eligible if the University is a recognized university.
CSAT will be held on 19th May, 2013 & the application process are to start from February, 2013 onwards. Online application will be available very soon.
