Job Description Details - 

a. It is a mix of Software & Hardware trouble Shooting , where in Software trouble shooting is dominant. It will also entail, checking the system, if the access card is active in the system.

b. It will involve troubleshooting with Control by checking wiring, voltages,Integration with an Intrusion panels and Video products etc

c. To help Security Dealers/Installers on Honeywell Access systems and related peripherals in troubleshooting, programming,wiring etc and ensure customer delight .
