SAIL offers job vacancies for post of 640 Management Trainees:Steel Authority Of India has released notification of job vacancies for post of management trainees about 640 Management Trainees (Technical - 558 & Administration - 82) in the respective fields.
Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining and Chemical Engineering and Administration (HR, Finance, Materials) .
The posts are in E-1grade with scale of pay of Rs.20600-3%-46550/- (E-1).:
Eligibility Criteria:
a)Management Trainees (Technical) : 558 posts
Candidates must possess Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining and Chemical Engineering.
b)Management Trainees (Administration - HR, Marketing, Finance, Materials) : 82 posts
Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree with 60% marks and at least 2 years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in HR/PM&IR/Pers./MHROD for HR and Production/ Operations/ Materials/ Logistics and Supply Chain Management for Materials, CA/ICWA for Finance.
c) Age limit must be up to 30 years as on 01/03/2013, relax able by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC candidates and by 10 years for PH candidates.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written examination followed by Interview/ GD for selected.
