PGCIL Recruitment 2013 | GATE 2014 | Apply Online : Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has issued Recruitment notification for the posts of Executive Trainees in Electrical Discipline. Eligible candidates who have appeared in GATE-2014 can apply online from first week of January 2014 to second week of February 2014.
PGCIL Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Executive Trainees (Electrical)
Eligibility Criteria:
a) Age Limit of Candidates should not exceed 28 years as on 31-12-2013.
b) Candidates should possess full time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) from recognized University/ Institute in the discipline of Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering.
Eligibility for GATE-2014:
The qualifying marks for GATE Examination shall be as per the criteria adopted by the GATE-2014 examination conducting authority for different categories.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates would be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their marks (Out of 100) in the EE paper of GATE – 2014.
Application Process:
Eligible candidates may register and appear for GATE – 2014 in Electrical Discipline (Code EE) from 02-09-2013 to 03-10-2013 up to 23:59 hrs through the official website of GATE 2014
Candidates for join in PGCIL have to register themselves online at POWERGRID website with details of their GATE -2014 Application No.
GATE-2014 Registration Number and other required information at Career section of www.powergridindia.com from 07-01-2014 onwards.

Commencement of Online submission of GATE Application: 02-09-2013
Last date for Online submission of GATE Application: 03-10-2013
Last date for receipt of hard copy of Online GATE Application at respective GATE Offices: 10-10-2013.
