South Central Railway recruitment 2013 at www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in: South Central Railway Recruitment cell has issued recruitment notification for group D category in all its five divisions including its Workshops and Depots categorised as Helper-II, Trackman, and Points man, etc with 2801 vacancies.
South Central Railway functions from Secunderabad headquarters, with six divisions of SecunderaBad, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Guntikal, Guntur and Nanded.
Eligibility Criteria:
a) Candidates must have passed class 10th or should have passed ITI.
b) Age limit of candidates must be between 18 yrs – 33 yrs. Age relaxation norms applied to eligible SC/ST and OBC candidates, against submission of relevant certificates only.
Salary payable: Rs 5200 – Rs 20200, with Rs. 1800/- Grade Pay.
Selection Process:
Selection of candidates is based on written test, comprising of GK, Maths and Reasoning, etc and PET Physical Efficiency Test.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay Rs100/- as exam fee, through Crossed demand draft from S B I, or IPO Indian Postal Order, with the application. Fees relaxation norms are applicable for eligible candidates.
Application Process:
Eligible candidates shall fill the application form in the prescribed format given in the notification link on good quality A4 size paper, attach relevant attachments like Recent Passport size photograph, duly pasted on application form . Postal Order of Exam fee, Educational qualification, Proof of age, Caste Certificate of SC/ST and OBC for claim of reservation etc, to be enclose with the application form.
Application forms completed in all respects to be, submitted by post only, or also can dropped in the drop box kept at the RRC premises of Secunderabad, on or before, 30 – 09 – 2013.
