NEST 2014 |Apply Online at www.nestexam.in | Online Application Form :National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) , Bhubaneswar has been inviting Online Applications for appearing in National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2014), for candidates who wish to take Admission into the 5 years Integrated M.Sc programme in basic sciences - Biology, Chemistry, mathematics & Physics at NISER & UM-DAE CBS.
NEST 2014 Exam will be conducted in 45 centre across the India. Interested Candidates can fill Online application form of NEST 2014 from 07th January, 2014 to 08th March, 2014.
Eligibility Criteria:
a) Candidates should have cleared XII Class Examination (with 60% marks in aggregate) in either 2012 or 2013 . For SC/ST/PWD Candidates, Minimum requirement is 55 % marks.
Candidates appearing in 2014 are also eligible
b) Age Limit for Candidates should be born on or after 22nd July, 1994. The age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC /ST /PHD Candidates .
Admission process :
Eligible Students will get admission for M.Sc Course on the basis of Merit list. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written test.
Application Fee :
Candidates under General & OBC Category need to pay Rs. 700 and SC/ST/PD Candidates need to pay Rs. 350 only/-.
Application Process :
Eligible Candidates can apply either through Online or Offline mode.
1. For Online form : Candidates have to fill Online Application form through NEST website www.nestexam.in . Kindly upload all the details and after submission of application form, take hard copy of application form and keep it for future use.
2. For Offline form : Candidates are required to send request letter to the chief coordinator of NEST 2014 at the address given below for paper copy of application form. After having the form , fill all the relevant details, affix photograph , put signature and along with payment details send it to address given below.
