Short-listing the best qualified profiles by taking Telephonic Interview with Candidates, analyzing authentication of resume, evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, attitude, confidence, willingness, reason/need for change, career objective, expectation level, minimum joining time, relocation status & flexibility.
